Inner Range have announced that as of April 2019, the popular Concept alarm control panel will be retired, with the integrated Integriti system appointed as successor. The list of products retired is:
- Concept 3000/4000 Controller – all versions
- Concept Controller UART – all versions
- All Concept Expansion Models
- All Concept Reader Modules
Ongoing Support of Concept Products:
Inner Range are fully committed to supporting existing Concept products and will be offering technical support, spare parts and repairs for a reasonable period of time from the retirement date.
Transitioning from Concept:
If you find that your Concept system needs to be expanded to multiple locations or needs to support more modern features and integrations, an affordable transition path to the latest Inner Range Integriti system is available. Contact Tiger Security to discuss.
Transitioning to Integriti can be done at a fraction of the cost of installing an entirely new system – this is because 95% of the existing Concept equipment is already compatible with Integriti and minimises, if not eliminates disruption to business. There is no need to replace most of your existing Concept components.
